On January 1, Taylor Swift tweeted, “This is a new year. A new beginning. And things will change.”

Change is a part of life. For me, high school is less than a year away, and I don’t know what to expect. I just try to remember we’re all in the same boat. At least once in our lives, we will all face change.

Yeah, it’s new and you may feel uneasy about it, but sometimes we need something different to happen to us in order to grow and learn.
